| I'll tell you what, I love this author more and more with each book she releases. She knows how to tell a story and has created a wonderful cast of characters that feel like they're your friends, like you really know them. I really don't know what I'm going to do when all of their stories have been told. My heart broke for Hendy so many times. He was a broken man and not just physically, but emotionally as well. It killed me that he felt like he wasn't deserving of love and that no one would be able to love him because of his appearance. Presley is an amazing character. I love how she was able to show Hendy that he *was* deserving of love. Hendy's journey to healing wasn't an easy one at all but it was necessary for him to be able to move on. There is an element of suspense in this book that keeps the pages turning quickly so you can find out what is going on. I love that we got to see some other characters from previous books as well, like Kane (my personal favorite ;)), Foster, and Noelle. Let me tell you something. These friends may pick with each other and give each other a hard time sometimes, but it is all done in love and when one of their friends is down, they rally together to show them the love and the support that they need. The friendship that these characters share is really special and heartwarming. |

She currently lives on the southeastern coast of North Carolina, enjoys long walks on the beach, running, reading, people watching, and singing karaoke.
